Aambra Foundation is determined to take She Speaks – Every Woman Has A Story to all parts of the world. Even though each individual is unique but most of the challenges faced by women remain the same.

Presenting She Speaks at the capital city of Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Port Blair with the Department of Social Welfare led to New Learnings. ‘’We call them tribal societies yet we ought to learn from them gender equality said the officers posted in Nicobar Islands, which form part of archipelago of A&N Islands’’.

Activity during Covid-19 Pandemic

Aambra Foundation SheSpeaks has launched a helpline and initiated a global campaign “Lend an ear and extend a Hand”

on August 15, 2020. While the campaign also focuses on case studies of distressed callers and covid survivors.
The Toll-Free Helpline is to :

  • Offer counselling and emotional support to adolescent girls and women facing mental distress.
  • Provide empathetic counselling to young girls and women with special needs.
  • Cater to the specific need of the geriatric female population.

This pilot helpline project has been launched for adolescent girls and women residing in Delhi-NCR region and is operational from Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm.
