We regretfully inform you, that we need to postpone the proposed SheSpeaks event scheduled to be held in association with the Mumbai Port Trust, on March 21st, 2020 at Mumbai, on account of the advisory issued by Ministry of Health and Family welfare dated March 5th, 2020 to avoid spread of COVID-19,Noval Coronavirus.

Since the Government has advised to avoid mass gatherings, we feel that it is in the best interest of all that we postpone the event until further notice.

We regret this postponement and look forward to connect with you in the near future.

Activity during Covid-19 Pandemic

Aambra Foundation SheSpeaks has launched a helpline and initiated a global campaign “Lend an ear and extend a Hand”

on August 15, 2020. While the campaign also focuses on case studies of distressed callers and covid survivors.
The Toll-Free Helpline is to :

  • Offer counselling and emotional support to adolescent girls and women facing mental distress.
  • Provide empathetic counselling to young girls and women with special needs.
  • Cater to the specific need of the geriatric female population.

This pilot helpline project has been launched for adolescent girls and women residing in Delhi-NCR region and is operational from Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm.
